We’re excited to have you on board! This guide will walk you through what happens after you’ve placed your order and what to expect next.
After you place an order #
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a “Welcome to Network Dynamics” email with details about your newly created account (if this is your first order) and instructions on accessing the Network Dynamics Client Area. This email will guide you through the first steps with Network Dynamics to help you get started smoothly.
Payment Processing #
If you paid by Credit Card:
- We process your payment instantly and provision your hosting account immediately.
If you chose BPAY as the billing method:
- You will need to make a BPAY payment manually
- BPAY payments typically take 1-3 business days to process
- Once the funds clear, we will provision your hosting account.
Hosting Provisioning #
WordPress, WooCommerce & Enterprise hosting:
- Your hosting service activates immediately after we receive your payment and becomes ready to use within minutes.
Dedicated Servers:
- Provisioning will take a little longer and we’ll reach out when it’s ready to go
Hosting account welcome email #
When your hosting service is ready, you’ll receive a “Hosting Account Welcome Email” from us. This email contains essential information you need to get started, including;
- WordPress login details (if applicable)
- How to set your WordPress password
- Information about using a temporary/staging URL
- DNS / Nameserver details
Next Steps #
Set up your domain
- If your domain is with an external provider, update your DNS settings to point to our servers. Your welcome email includes the DNS details.
Log in to your Network Dynamics Client Area
- Log into your new Network Dynamics Client Area and take a look around
- You’ll need to setup your account security (2FA/MFA)
- Take a look at our guide for an overview of the Client Area‘s features
Start building/migrating your website
- If you’re building a new site, have fun!
