WP Hosting Rebrand FAQs
- Last Updated:

Why is WP Hosting merging with Network Dynamics?
Network Dynamics has been the parent company of WP Hosting for some time. This merger formally brings both brands together under a single structure, simplifying operations, billing, and communications while continuing to deliver the same services you rely on.
Is this a takeover or acquisition?
No. This is not a takeover or acquisition. WP Hosting has not been sold, and all existing management and staff remain the same. The merger is an internal restructure within the Network Dynamics group.
When does the merger take effect?
The merger commenced on 1st December 2025 and is expected to be fully completed by 31st January 2026.
Will my website or hosting service be affected?
No. There will be no impact to your website or hosting services. Your services remain on the same infrastructure and continue to operate exactly as they did before the merger.
Have any of my passwords changed?
No. Your client area, web hosting and email passwords all remain the same.
Will I receive invoices from Network Dynamics instead of WP Hosting?
Yes. Invoices and account statements will be rebranded to Network Dynamics and issued under a different ABN. Your pricing, billing cycle, and services will remain unchanged.
Will support change?
No. Support will remain exactly the same, with the same team, processes, and service levels you are used to.
Why am I receiving emails from Network Dynamics?
As part of the merger, official communications such as invoices, service notices, and account updates may now be sent from Network Dynamics. These emails are legitimate and relate directly to your existing WP Hosting services.
Do I need to do anything?
No action is required. Everything will continue as normal, and we’ll notify you in advance if anything changes that requires your attention.
