Affiliate & Partner Policy

1. Introduction

This Affiliate and Partner Policy outlines the terms and conditions for participating in Network Dynamics’s Affiliate and Partner Program. By enrolling, you agree to the terms detailed in this policy.

2. Eligibility

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate contact and payment information.
• Network Dynamics reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its discretion.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

• Affiliates must promote Network Dynamics’s services truthfully and without misleading claims.
• Marketing materials must comply with Network Dynamics’s branding guidelines.
• Affiliates are solely responsible for the content and legality of their promotional activities.

4. Commissions

• Affiliates earn a commission percentage on qualifying purchases made by referred customers.
• Commissions are paid out monthly, provided the affiliate reaches the minimum payout threshold of $100 AUD.
• Any refunds issued to referred customers will result in adjustments to the affiliate’s commission.

5. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not:

• Use Network Dynamics’s branding or trademarks without permission.
• Engage in fraudulent activities, including fake referrals or incentivised clicks.
• Bid on Network Dynamics-branded terms in paid search campaigns.
• Use spam emails or unauthorised advertising techniques.

6. Termination of Agreement

Network Dynamics reserves the right to terminate an affiliate account for violations of this policy, including:

• Breach of terms or prohibited activities.
• Negative impact on Network Dynamics’s reputation or brand.
• Failure to maintain active referrals for a period of 12 months.

7. Payment Details

• Commissions are paid via bank transfer or PayPal, as specified by the affiliate.
• Payments are processed by the 15th of each month for the previous month’s earnings.
• Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details to avoid delays.

8. Changes to the Program

Network Dynamics reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Affiliate and Partner Program at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes via email or from within the client area.
