WP Hosting has officially joined Network Dynamics. While the name has changed, the people, infrastructure and services you rely on remain the same.
This change brings both brands together under a single identity, making it easier for us to deliver support, billing and new services across the Network Dynamics platform.
If you're an existing WP Hosting customer, there's very little you need to do.
Why are the brands coming together?
WP Hosting has always been part of the Network Dynamics group.
Bringing both brands together under one name simplifies our operations while allowing us to invest in a single platform, product range and customer experience.
It's an organisational change rather than a change to the services you receive.
Has the business been sold?
No.
This isn't a sale or acquisition. It's an internal brand consolidation within the same organisation.
The same ownership, engineers and support team continue to look after your services.
Will my hosting change?
No.
Your websites, hosting services and infrastructure continue to operate as they always have.
There are no migrations, no platform changes and no expected downtime as part of the transition.
Do I need new passwords?
No.
Your client portal, hosting and email credentials remain unchanged.
Why do my invoices now say Network Dynamics?
Billing and account communications are now issued under the Network Dynamics name.
Your services, pricing and billing cycle remain the same. The only change is the company name and associated business details shown on invoices and statements.
Has support changed?
No.
You'll continue working with the same Australian engineering team using the same support channels.
Only the brand has changed.
Why am I receiving emails from Network Dynamics?
Service notifications, invoices and account communications are now sent under the Network Dynamics brand.
If you've previously allowed emails from WP Hosting, we recommend also allowing emails from Network Dynamics so you continue receiving important account notifications.
Do I need to do anything?
For most customers, no action is required.
We'll contact you directly if anything requires your attention, otherwise your services will continue as normal.
