Reseller Responsibilities
As a reseller, you agree to the following;
We support you as a reseller. You should be the first port of call for all support enquiries from your client.
Clients contacting us direct will be offered support, however we may refuse or limit the support offered if the client has not been given authorisation by the reseller to access information relating to their account.
You agree to settle all debts on behalf of your clients for any active services.
Discounts are applied on the next invoice after the 5th active hosting service has been ordered. Discounts are only applied to invoices after the reseller application form has been submitted to us.
You agree to be bound by our Terms of Service.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination.
The Reseller agrees to impose terms and conditions on its customers (End Clients) that are no less restrictive than those set forth in the Network Dynamics Policies and Agreements. This includes, but is not limited to Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Service Level Agreement and Billing & Refund Policy. The Reseller shall ensure that its customers comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and shall be responsible for any breaches of such terms by its customers.
